Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ModelSnapper available at modelsnapper.ai.

By accessing or using ModelSnapper, you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • “Platform”: the website

  • “Services”: AI rendering, generation, credits, subscription, model onboarding

  • “User Content”: any content uploaded by users

  • “Generated Content”: output created via Services

  • “Model Content”: photos/identity features of real human models onboarded to ModelSnapper

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ModelSnapper.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for:

  • maintaining confidentiality of login credentials

  • all activity under your account

You may not:

  • create accounts using false identity

  • access another user’s account

4. Credits, Subscriptions, and Payments

ModelSnapper offers free and paid plans using credit-based access.

  • Free credits may be offered for onboarding promotions

  • Credits are non-transferable and may expire (if specified)

  • Payments are handled through third-party providers

Refund Policy

Unless required by law:

  • credit purchases are non-refundable

  • subscription cancellations apply at end of billing cycle

5. User Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you upload.

By uploading content, you grant ModelSnapper a limited license to:

  • host, process, reproduce and display content solely to deliver services

  • run AI rendering and generation

You represent you have rights to upload and use the content.

6. Generated Content (Ownership & License)

ModelSnapper grants you a license to use Generated Content under the plan you purchased.

However:

  • Generated outputs may be similar to other users’ outputs due to AI nature

  • ModelSnap does not guarantee uniqueness

7. Real Human Models: Consent & Usage

If you are a model onboarding onto ModelSnap:

  • you grant ModelSnapper the rights described in the Model Agreement you sign

  • you may have licensing controls (commercial use, industries, territories, time)

If you are a brand/user generating content using a real model:

  • you receive a limited commercial license based on selected plan

  • you may not extract or replicate a model identity outside ModelSnapper systems

8. Prohibited Uses (Strict)

You may NOT use ModelSnapper to:

  • generate pornographic/explicit content

  • generate illegal or abusive content

  • impersonate people or misuse identity

  • attempt to recreate a real model’s identity outside platform

  • reverse engineer the platform

  • build datasets of model identities

  • create “deepfake” political, harmful, or deceptive media

  • violate copyrights/trademarks

Violation may result in immediate suspension/termination.

9. Marketplace / Model Partner Terms

ModelSnapper may offer:

  • model packages

  • premium real model content

  • revenue share programs

ModelSnapper may remove models/users who violate trust/safety rules.

10. DMCA / Copyright Complaints

If you believe your copyrighted material is used improperly, contact:

  • Email: Support@modelsnapper.ai
    Include:

  • your identity

  • description of work

  • proof of ownership

  • link/screenshot of content

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • these Terms are violated

  • fraud or abuse is suspected

  • harmful activity is detected

Users may terminate by requesting account deletion.

12. Disclaimers (Important)

ModelSnapper.ai is provided “AS IS”.

We do not guarantee:

  • specific results

  • error-free output

  • 100% realism

  • brand conversion performance

AI may generate imperfect results.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
ModelSnapper.ai shall not be liable for:

  • indirect damages

  • business loss

  • lost profits

  • reputational harm

  • misuse by third parties

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold ModelSnapper.ai harmless for claims arising from:

  • your uploaded content

  • your misuse of the platform

  • violation of laws or third-party rights
