2. Information We Collect

A) Account Information

  • Password (stored securely using encryption / hashing)

  • Account preferences

  • User role (e.g., brand, creator, model)

B) Payment & Transaction Information

  • Plan subscription details

  • Credit purchases

  • Payment confirmation data (processed via third-party payment providers)

Note: We do not store full card details. Payment processing is handled by third-party gateways.

C) Uploaded Content

ModelSnapper collects and processes files uploaded by users, which may include:

  • Outfit images

  • Product/catalog images

  • Brand materials/logos

  • Model reference images (for approved model onboarding)

  • Other images submitted for generation

D) AI-Generated Content

We collect:

  • Generated outputs created through the Platform

E) Model Data (Real Human Models)

If you register as a model or are onboarded as a ModelSnapper Verified Model, we may collect:

  • Full name

  • Contact info (email/phone)

  • Portfolio/social links

  • Consent forms / agreements

  • Verified identity documents (optional)

  • Model photos used for digital generation

  • Rights preferences and licensing selections

F) Usage and Device Data

We may automatically collect:

ModelSnapper uses AI pipelines to render outputs. Your uploaded content may be processed by:

  • ModelSnapper’s internal systems

  • third-party infrastructure providers used to run AI workloads

Training / Improving AI

By default:
We do not use your uploaded content to train public AI models.

However, we may use anonymized performance data and quality signals to improve the platform.

If we ever plan to use user content for training in the future, we will:

  • request explicit consent where required

5. Consent and Protection for Real Human Models

For model onboarding, ModelSnapper operates a consent-based model policy:

  • Models must agree to be listed and used for AI-assisted rendering

  • Models control licensing scope and permitted uses

  • ModelSnapper will not allow unauthorized users to generate content using real model identity unless the model has permitted such usage under ModelSnapper’s licensing system

ModelSnapper does not sell personal identity data.

6. Sharing and Disclosure of Information

We may share information only in the following situations:

A) Service Providers

We share data with third parties who help operate the platform:

  • cloud hosting

  • payment gateways

  • analytics tools

  • email providers


B) Model Marketplace

If models are onboarded, certain model profile information (as permitted) may be shown to brands/users including:

  • model profile name or nickname

  • portfolio link

  • approved model photos

  • model category features

C) Legal Compliance

  • protect ModelSnapper users and platform safety

D) Business Transfers

  • Generated content: retained for user access and platform operation
